Played professional football for 12 years, Philadelphia & Green Bay in the NFL, Ottawa, Toronto & Edmonton in the CFL.

Played two years in the OHL with Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds.

Coaching Hockey:

2015 - present - Ottawa Valley Titans  - goalie and strength coach
